I don't post here much anymore because I am busy with the Facebook page, but I figured I'd make an appearance and do one of my random thought posts.
Gotham is an entertaining show. It has me hooked. Jada steals every scene she's in.
WWE has been a a huge roller coaster lately. Ambrose and Rusev/Lana are the best TV they have right now. I hope they let Ambrose and Rollins go nuts in the HIAC match. And there better be a great reveal for all these Wyatt vignettes.
Sandwiches don't leave GSR. Just thought I'd point that out.
Who in the hell is Anita Sarkeesian?
What do you think Obama's golf handicap is now?
Wendy Davis is a cunt.
Vladimir Putin is 5'7" and 62 years old. But he scares the shit out of me. If I'm in a bar fight, I want him on my side.
Anyone live in the Hickory/Morganton?Asheville, NC area? I want to move there in early 2015 and could use a lead on some jobs/pet friendly apartments.
This season of Hell's Kitchen is better than last season so far.
I predicted the Cowboys would make a wild card spot. Just sayin...
I'm addicted to bidding on baseball cards on Listia. The best cards I've won are Derek Jeter card worth $12 and a Bryce Harper card worth $15.
I am excited for WWE 2K15. I have it pre-ordered and paid off already.
Russell Brand is this generation's Pauly Shore.
I won my fantasy baseball league championship.
Thanks for the read. I know it's been awhile.

A Look at Super Bowl XLVIII
Well tonight is the night. Families all over the world will gather in front of the TV for the Super Bowl. There will be countless deli trays, wings, and beer consumed. People will live-Tweet about the commercials. Teenage girls will emerge from hiding long enough to watch the Bruno Mars halftime show before escaping back to their rooms. But for those who care about the game, here is my breakdown and prediction.
The edge in offense definitely goes to Denver. Despite Marshawn Lynch being the most prolific offensive player on the field (he isn't called Beast Mode for nothing), Peyton Manning, Eric Decker, Wes Welker and Demaryius Thomas are one hell of a combination. Yes, I know Russell Wilson is a fine athlete and a threat to run which makes him tough to defend, but he is not the passer Manning is nor does he have quite the same caliber of receivers to throw to. No disrespect to Sidney Rice, Doug Baldwin and Golden Tate intended, they are all solid receivers. They just aren't on the level of what Denver has. Both teams have great offensive lines which allow them to do the things they do on offense. Now, Seattle does have the edge in the running game and that will play a role tonight. But overall Denver has the better tools on offense.
Defense is another story. Seattle is by far the better defensive team. They surrendered the fewest points, total yards and passing yards during the 2013 regular season and led the league in takeaways. Seattle's rushing defense was tied for seventh in the NFL with Denver and the Bronco's rushing defense is playing well right now. The Broncos pass defense however, was ranked 27th in the NFL. We all now know who Richard Sherman is, but he's not just some chump talking needlessly talking trash. He did intercept 8 passes during the season and returned one for a touchdown. Shaun Phillips and his 10 regular season sacks make him the player to watch for in Denver's defense.
Special teams go to Denver. Kicker Matt Prater is better than Seattle's Steven Hauschka and Trindon Holliday is scary returning kicks.
The biggest keys in tonight's game are this: How does Manning approach a defense like Seattle's? Can Denver's secondary step up enough to slow down the solid receivers of Seattle? Who will win the battle of Lynch vs. Denver rush defense?
PREDICTION: SEATTLE 24 DENVER 20

2013 NFL Preview
Alright football fans, here is my 2013 preview for the upcoming season! Grab those penalty flags because I am sure some of you will be throwing them as you read this.
AFC EAST
New England -- clearly the best team in the division but there is not really any competition for them. The Dolphins may one day reclaim this division but not as long as a man named Brady is still playing.
Miami -- they get this spot by default. The Jets stink and the Bills have a rookie QB.
Buffalo -- Because they are only slightly better than the Jets.
New York -- The Jets are likely the train wreck of the year, although Oakland could also compete for that title as well. At least we'll have Rex Ryan's press conferences.
AFC NORTH
Cincinnati -- Yes, Who Dey! It's the Bengals year to win the division even if it may only take a 10-6 record to do it.
Baltimore -- They won the Super Bowl then lost a lot of veterans to retirement and free agency. They still have the offense to win some games, though.
Pittsburgh -- Another non-playoff year for Pittsburgh with questions at RB and aging safeties.
Cleveland -- If they had a legitimate option at QB, they'd bump Pittsburgh to last in the division.
AFC SOUTH
Houston -- It'll be a close race with the Colts, but the Texans veteran leadership gives them the edge, especially with Ed Reed in that defense.
Indianapolis -- Andrew Luck had a fantastic rookie year, taking Indy to the playoffs. He'll have a chance to do it again, especially if Bradshaw stays healthy.
Tennessee -- The Titans are on their way back to being competitive. They are my sleeper team in the AFC and could surprise some teams who take them lightly.
Jacksonville -- Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne... any questions?
AFC WEST
Denver -- The talent level isn't even close here. Peyton still got it. The Chiefs made steps, but they aren't there yet.
Kansas City -- The Chiefs may be the most improved team in the NFL. Alex Smith is a competent QB and if Jamaal Charles is healthy, they should challenge for a wild card spot.
San Diego -- The Chargers only get placed higher than the Raiders because they have a veteran quarterback.
Oakland -- This team could also be a train wreck with the Terrelle Pryor era seemingly ready to begin. Will he be Michael Vick or Akili Smith?
NFC EAST
New York -- The Giants will barely win this division. It may come down to week 17 against Washington.
Washington -- RG3 is a fun player to watch and he'll be back in playoffs again this year.
Dallas -- The Cowboys have lots of talent, but unfortunately, other teams have more. And then there's Romo who just can't get over that hump. Despite all that, they are my NFC sleeper team and could switch spaces with either of the teams above.
Philadelphia -- It's a transition year for them with a rookie NFL coach. If Vick can still play a fast game, maybe they surprise some people.
NFC NORTH
Green Bay -- Like New England, they are clearly the best team. This division won't even be close.
Detroit -- The Lions will rebound and be a contender for a wild card playoff spot. A wild card game is not out of the question if the pieces fall right.
Chicago -- Sometime teams just have one of those years. It'll be the Bears in 2013.
Minnesota -- You gotta love AP. But the question is, how long until we see Matt Cassell?
NFC SOUTH
New Orleans -- Atlanta will give them a run for the division. But Dew Brees and the weapons he has gets it done again.
Atlanta -- Matty Ice is paid among the best, now it is time for him to step up and get things done in the playoffs.
Carolina -- Cam Newton is a beast. And the Panthers are building a team which will compete sooner rather than later.
Tampa Bay -- I like the Buccaneers. However, they just don't have what's needed to compete with the rest of the division.
NFC WEST
Seattle -- Russell Wilson will only get better and that defense is still frightening. It'll be close but they edge San Fran.
San Francisco -- Colin Kaepernick is explosive. Vernon Davis is a beast. They will be right in it, fighting all the way with Seattle.
St. Louis -- This is the year Sam Bradford finally starts to show what he can do. The Rams are adding weapons for him. Give them a year or two.
Arizona -- The last dance for Carson Palmer. He'll be able to get Larry Fitzgerald the ball. But what else will they be able to do. Oh, they do have a good defense. Just not good enough to keep the Cards from a dismal season.
Thanks for reading. Have fun cheering for your favorite team this season. And remember, if you cannot be a poet, be the poem.

2012 NFL Predictions
AFC EAST
New England -- The win the division by default. The Bills are not quite there yet and the Jets and Dolphins are nowhere close.
Buffalo -- Mario Williams makes the defense much better. The offense will score some points with Jackson and Johnson. They have a chance for a wild card.
New York -- The quarterback situation will doom this team.
Miami -- The rebuilding years continue.
AFC NORTH
Pittsburgh -- In a close race for the division with Baltimore, the Steelers win a photo finish for the division.
Baltimore -- They will be the top wild card in the AFC.
Cincinnati -- In any other division, they'd be a wild card.
Cleveland -- The Browns are in the same boat as Miami.
AFC SOUTH
Houston -- Another division win by default. The other three are nowhere close.
Tennessee -- There is talent on this team. Once Jake Locker settles in, they will be good.
Indianapolis -- I never thought I'd call picking a team to finish third gutsy, but this fits. Andrew Luck is already the second best quarterback in the division. And he has some talent around him.
Jacksonville -- Defense good. Quaterback bad. MJD unhappy. Best receiver is a rookie.
AFC WEST
Denver -- How many default division winners will we have? We're up to three. Manning makes the difference for the Broncos.
Kansas City -- Jamal Charles and Peyton Hillis will provide a solid running game and the Chiefs will be much more smash-mouth football this year. They could challenge for the second wild card.
Oakland -- San Diego and Oakland could very easily flip-flop in the standings, but Oakland has a better edge on offense.
San Diego -- Remember the slump we saw last year? Expect more in 2012.
NFC EAST
Philadelphia -- The Eagles step up this year and take the division. But it will be close. New York will be right in it all season.
New York -- The defending Super Bowl champions will be playoff bound again.
Dallas -- This team is a hot mess. Tony Romo may be down to his last chance.
Washington -- RG3 will be fun to watch. The rest of the team won't be.
NFC NORTH
Green Bay -- The Pack won't run away with this division. The Lions will make it interesting.
Detroit -- The Lions are very close to taking the division away from Green Bay. Maybe next year.
Chicago -- Put up or shut up for Cutler this year. Get the duct tape ready.
Minnesota -- Christian Ponder...really? I'm still confused by that pick and it happened a year ago. AP isn't 100% and Percy Harvin is unhappy. This is a disaster.
NFC SOUTH
Atlanta -- The turmoil in New Orleans leaves the door open for Atlanta. Matt Ryan will step up and take the team through that door.
New Orleans -- I'd like to say they could make a wild card, but this will be a tough year for the Saints.
Carolina -- The Panthers are getting better. They aren't quite ready for the next step, however.
Tampa Bay -- The Buccaneers may be the most talented last place team in the NFL.
NFC WEST
San Francisco -- Another division winner by default. But considering the other teams in the division...
St. Louis -- The second place finish depends on Bradford staying healthy.
Arizona -- Despite the quarterback issues, they still won't be the worst team in the division. They could actually surprise some people.
Seattle -- There will be some growing pains this year. A rookie quarterback starting over high priced free agent Matt Flynn and Marshwan Lynch the best offensive weapon...

Random Sunday Thoughts
It's another one of those time where I don't really have a solid idea of what to write about. I want to take a break from the wrestling themed posts at least for this weekend. So this will be another rambling post. Hope you all are amused.
Adrian Peterson is a moron. Do I really need to elaborate?
Has there been any free agent signings more anti-climactic than the Parise/Suter signings? Talk about a lot of anticip........................ation for nothing!
So, Obama goes to Pittsburgh to hold a rally for his "base" voters. He does it at one of the most expensive universities in the state. Well, at least he finally admits who his base really is: rich white people.
Uproar festival looks to be a fucking great show this year. Who wants to go with me?
You know it's hot when your dog looks for a spot of shade before peeing.
Vicky Vette is my favorite MILF porn star. I know that's useless trivia about me, but maybe one or two of you might care. Lol.
What candy is more addicting: Swedish Fish or Sour Patch Kids?
Why are they doing another Judge Dredd movie? The first one sucked bad enough. I like Karl Urban, but he should have SPRINTED away from this movie offer. I smell a bomb coming for this one.
On the flipside, the huge budget production of The Great Gatsby from Moulin Rouge director Baz Luhrman, looks to have Oscar written all over it...in pretty much every cateory possible.
Bucket list, serious version: visit Jeruselum
Bucket list, not-so-serious version: have a threesome
Is Mike Patton the most underappreciated front man ever? If not the most, he's in the top three for sure. (Hmmm...maybe a future full length post in there somewhere?)
Useless movie trivia: The original draft of Major League has the story based on the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Bought a Memorex iPod speaker dock recently. Best $40 I've spent in a long time.
What an easy way to get cool stuff in the mail for free? If any of you know, please tell me. Thanks.
You know the vampire craze is out of control when Steven Seagal make a vampire movie. Just sayin.
And finally...HOW ABOUT THOSE PITTSBURGH PIRATES?! BELIEVE IT, BABY!
